Buffalo Cauliflower


Ingredients:

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or other neutral oil)

  • 1 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (I use Frank’s)

  • Chives or scallions, for garnish (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 

  2. To a large bowl, add the cauliflower florets, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and cornstarch, and mix until the cauliflower is coated. 

  3. Spread the cauliflower onto your baking sheet, and bake until the cauliflower is soft, around 30 mins. 

  4. Remove the cauliflower from the oven, and toss in a bowl with the buffalo sauce. Add more as desired!
